Deep, thick ruby color. Lush nutmeg and brown spice on the nose with warm, inviting briar berry aromas. Nice big entry showing off plenty of dark fruit (think black cherries and red currants). The mouth feel develops and expands to an exquisite, long finish. Spice and black pepper frame this elegant structure. Our 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon will gain additional complexity with bottle age.

Warm weather and Chardonnay just seem to go together and this wine is no exception. Upon opening the bottle, aromas of pear, apple and honeysuckle blossom fill your senses with visions of carefree afternoons spent with friends and family.
Winemaker, Marie-Eve Gilla, uses a gentle hands-on approach to creating this stunning Chardonnay. By utilizing this old-world style of winemaking, the result is a delicate wine loaded with tropical fruit characteristics, combined with nice acidity, wonderful balance and just a hint of vanilla at the finish.
Enjoy this wine with fresh halibut and mango salsa, pasta with artichoke hearts and fresh herbs, or a summer salad of Granny Smith apples, chicken and tarragon.

Powerful in the way it gathers ripe blackberry and chocolate flavors on the nose. Lively blueberry and blackberry flavors balance integrated cocoa bean and toasty nuances in the mouth. Firm, ripe tannins contribute to a rich and intense structure, yet the wine remains balanced.
Our 2001 Merlot is a taste treat for the senses and ready to enjoy now. Given time to age in the bottle a few more years, the elegance and richness of this wine will fully develop. We promise the wait will be rewarded with your first sip.
This Merlot is lovely with a juicy pork tenderloin or polenta with wild mushrooms and savory broth. Be sure to pour a glass for the cook. This is one step not to be forgotten!

The first thing you notice is the inky, black color that fills your glass, followed by zesty blueberry and currant aromas with a hint of lilac blossoms. The fruit from Boushey Vineyard contribute rich, explosive blueberry flavors.
Spice and cinnamon notes from an extensive barrel aging tantalize the palate. Tannins and acids intertwine nicely to frame an elegant, yet powerful mouth feel.
The big structure of this wine will stand up to any roasted meat. Our favorite would be a roasted leg of lamb with fresh rosemary and whole garlic cloves. This wine will also pair nicely with roast beef accompanied by assorted herbed roasted vegetables.

Truly a rare find in Washington State, this wine is crafted from grapes that welcome the sunrise over the Columbia River. Dark, polished cherry color. Delicate spice and rhubarb aromas. A huge mouth feel with dried fruit, brown sugar and rhubarb compote from start to finish. Taking a different approach in terms of barrel aging, we used more American oak with our Zinfandel. As a result, caramel notes underscore the beautiful fruit characteristics of this wine. Limited in production, you will be sorry if you miss out on this one!.
Nothing is better than a juicy burger and Zinfandel. Try kicking it up a notch by stuffing your burger with gorgonzola and topping it with caramelized Walla Walla Sweet Onions. An incredible taste treat!
