This wine shows classic Zinfandel characteristics from beginning to end with
concentrated aromas and flavors. The nose is rich with licorice, blueberry,
cassis and brown sugar. The mouth is loaded with blackberry jam, cardamom,
coffee beans, creme brulee and white pepper. A long and lush finish with nicely
integrated oak, spice and acidity. Nothing beats BBQ ribs and a glass of
Zinfandel! |

Ooh La La! Now here is a beauty of a wine that has truly captured the essence of
the vineyard and terroir. One of our favorite growers, Dick Boushey, and
winemaker, Marie-Eve Gilla, have worked really hard together to produce the best
possible fruit and ultimately, an incredible wine. We used 6 barrels of the most
exquisite fruit from Boushey vineyard to produce our very first vineyard
designated Merlot. The nose is ripe with maraschino cherries, eucalyptus,
vanilla, lavender and spice. In the mouth, experience rich, dense fruit of
blackberries and chocolate covered cherries laced with cinnamon. This wine is
incredibly balanced from start to finish. The finish is long and lush with no
end in sight. For a complete experience, our 2004 Merlot, Boushey Vineyard calls
for beef, so we suggest trying it with Beef Wellington or prime rib. It would be
equally enjoyable with Beef Stoganoff, just make sure you have enough wine
to last the meal! |

Alternating cool and warm weather brought about an exceptional 2004 vintage
for white wines. As a result, we were able to craft an intensely
flavorful, full bodied, yet very elegant Chardonnay.
Shades of straw with the sweet summer aroma of honeysuckle and lemon/lime greet your senses. Bright with mineral and tangy flavors, yet with a generous mouth feel of just-ripe pineapple, lemon, and pear. Spice and toast from out wonderful Burgundian barrels balance the acidity, ending the creamy smooth finish with lingering spice.

Impressively fragrant nose showing pear, candy and dried apricot aromas.
Big mouthfeel with apple blossom, mineral and citruses flavors. Good acids give freshness, crispness, and a clean finish to this wine while the fruity aromas enhances its fullness.
Food and wine are meant to be enjoyed together and this wonderful unoaked Chardonnay is no exception. Try this with grilled halibut and mango salsa, fresh lemon and herb risotto, or mandarin orange and chicken salad stuffed pitas. Santé!

The nose on this beautiful wine is alive with so many aromas it is hard to
know where to start. The floral aromas of orange blossom and rose petals
fills your senses, followed by peach, pear, lychee and lemon grass. In the
month you experience honeydew, apricot and the sweetness of cotton candy with
an almond finish. |

Our 2004 Riesling stylishly illustrates the potential of Washington State for world class white wines in cooler vintages. The nose is vibrant with inviting flint, citrus, lemon sorbet, coconut, rhubarb and honeysuckle aromas. In the mouth, kiwi and pineapple flavors are nicely framed by a lively acidity. The beautiful finish extends with graceful Granny Smith apple nuances. This Riesling offers an interesting combination of styles: very powerful and generous flavors typical of the new world and also a graceful restraint reminiscent of the old world.
