Being a lover of exotic
Hermitage white varietals, it made sense for me to experiment with the
little known Roussanne. This grape, native to the Rhone Valley, is
highly stylistic with an intense mouth filling character resulting in a
full bodied wine. Our Roussanne
exhibits beautiful aromas of melon, white floral and citrus zest with
just a hint of flint. In the mouth, flavors of refreshing Granny Smith
apples and honeydew mingle with a rich and elegant mouthfeel that is
powerful, yet not obtrusive. |
