“Winemaker Marie-Eve Gilla has a wonderful touch with Chardonnay. She selects vineyards that complement one another and uses her winemaking technique to craft a complex, food-friendly wine. Employing fermentation in 100% French oak, the wine offers aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and vanilla with floral notes and spicy oak. The palate is crisp with mineral, pineapple and pear and superbly complements salmon prepared with sliced lemons and tarragon – my favorite!”
