We love working with
Boushey Vineyard for the depth and incredible fruit quality that is
grown on this unique site. This enticing Syrah truly expresses what
Boushey is all about: Opulence! It has a certain "je ne sais quoi" that
teases your palate begging for just a little more! When it comes to
cellaring, this Syrah will become even more exquisite with additional
years in the bottle.
On the nose, aromas of dark plum, blackberry and rich, dark chocolate.
But once on the palate, it opens with big and intense flavors of violets
and blackberry followed by delicate earthy notes that linger all the way
through the long and incredibly smooth finish.
Our Boushey Syrah is truly meant to be enjoyed with food and we have a
few suggestions to tempt your taste buds. Try this with a mesquite
grilled hanger steak with a Syrah reduction sauce, roasted duck breast
with a spiced huckleberry jus or wild Chinook salmon with chanterelle
mushrooms. Be creative with your pairings, but most importantly, enjoy
