Cellars, we are so excited that our 2006 Chardonnay is the closest we
have ever come to a traditional Burgundy! Assertive aromas of green
apple and peach lead to a mouthful of dense and creamy flavors. Layered
and full bodied, yet fresh with pear, citrus and mineral notes outlining
its fruity character. This wine is very satisfying from start to finish,
built in the Forgeron Cellars tradition.
For the ultimate experience, this longs
to be enjoyed with some delicious seafood. Try our 2006 Chardonnay with
delectable coconut prawns, seafood fettucini with halibut, scallops and
clams or something as simple as a rich bowl of clam chowder and crusty
bread. Just make sure you have plenty of this Chardonnay on hand. It's
so tasty, you will want another glass or two! |
