2007 Zinfandel
Immediately in the nose you pick up classic Zinfandel aromas of cloves, cocoa bean, anise, lilac & orange peel. The mouth feel is intense showing bright acids & exhibiting flavors of chocolate, sweet spices & the dense fruit flavors of boysenberries & dark cherries. The finish is smooth, long & lingering. Walldeaux Smithie
Walldeaux Smithie is bold and juicy with a firm structure. The full flavors and smooth tannins suggest a new-world wine while its focus and balance, dark fruit and spice flavors are definitely reminiscent of old world Bordeaux.
Walldette
The mouth feel is crisp and clean with just the right amount of acidity. Spice, citrus and guava gather for an interesting grouping of flavor profiles.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of bright blueberries and red currants are accentuated by the richness and spice of the French oak. Filling the mouth with layers of pomegranate, boysenberry and cocoa bean, while hints of spicy cinnamon harmonize with the bright and youthful acidity.

Our 2006 Barbera is a limited production wine made mostly with our club members in mind. On the nose, the intense aromas of blueberry, orange blossom, white pepper and caramel almost make you swoon. Your first sip will confirm that this is a beautifully crafted wine with rich flavors of espresso, dark chocolate, blueberry and pomegranate.
2005 Cabernet Franc
Our 2005 Cab Franc was aged 22 months in oak allowing it to fully express its flamboyant personality. There are floral notes of hibiscus and perfume, followed by fruits of black cherry and raspberry, then finishes with black peppercorn and spice.
2004 Boushey Vineyard Syrah

2009 Ambiance
The Roussanne brings honeydew, kiwi and lemon custard elements, while the Grenache Blanc adds great character with a spicy, peppery core and silky texture. Adding the Viognier gives the wine beautiful honeysuckle aromas coupled with nuances of white peach, pear and tropical fruit.
