Join us and pop a cork for an unexpected celebration, National Bubbly Day! Featuring our first Sparkling Chardonnay with more aging in the bottle for your consuming pleasure, 2019 Secret Woods, extended tardive. We love every bit of this wine including the Gamache Vineyard where the fruit is grown.
A scintillating bouquet of underripe lemon, tropical pineapple, and brioche greet you as you inhale from the glass. The palate is expansive and explosive, with a smooth texture and fresh flavors of Granny Smith apple, melba toast, and key lime pie. The finish is lengthy and lively, leaving you wanting more. We produced this limited-edition wine to recognize and celebrate Forgeron Cellars’ 20th Anniversary.
