FRANCISCA'S VINEYARD
Walla Walla Valley
At the foot of the Blue Mountains, 950 feet in elevation, the vineyard consists of soft rolling landscape with good sun exposure, irrigation water, and soil made up of a combination of several feet loess over layers of glacial materials. When they were preparing the soil for the vineyard, they uncovered a big boulder of Montana granite that was transported in a large chunk of ice and deposited when the ice melted during the Montana Flood thousands of years ago.

OUR FRANCISCA'S VINEYARD WINES
VIOGNIER
Farmed with passion, thought, and care by Francisca and Tim, we struck gold by sourcing our Viognier from this amazing vineyard. Viognier is notoriously difficult to farm and requires a lot of crop thinning in order to produce a balanced wine. Without the commitment of Francisca and Tim this amazing expression of Viognier wine wouldn't be possible.
